Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr was first noticed in 1990 as a member of The Corrs, a Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was presented to her. She is most well-known for her Celtic and pop-rock group The Corrs. A multi-instrumentalist and lead singer of The Corrs, she also serves as their leader. Andrea was first introduced to acting as early as 1991. Since since then, Andrea has developed into an accomplished musician and stage performer. Singer for the playback in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea has six studio albums to her credit. She also has two compilations albums as well as four live albums, and one mix album. Her efforts to help others have received recognition. Andrea along with her husband Stockbroker has two children. Andrea's first music lesson was to master the Tin horn. Gerry was her teacher at the time she first began learning to play piano. Andrea plays the Ukulele. In her teens, she was polishing her music skills. She practiced with her siblings and was eventually promoted to the position of the lead singer of the group. Andrea was a student at the 'Dun Lughaidh Convent' and often took part in school performances.
